清热利湿法在慢性乙型肝炎中的治疗作用

摘要:

目的:观察清热利湿法在慢性乙型肝炎中的治疗作用,并进一步了解慢性乙型肝炎的辨证特点.方法:采取随机、对照的办法选取病例,以转氨酶水平、体液免疫、住院时间为观察指标作统计学处理.结果:两组病人治疗后在转氨酶、体液免疫水平上于第3、4周有差异,对住院时间有影响.结论:清热利湿法在慢性乙型肝炎的治疗中有意义,尤其能够降低体液免疫反应,对肝炎的活动有作用.

Abstract:

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the therapy of eliminating dampness and heat on chronic Hepatitis B,and understand the feature of differentiation of symptoms and signs deeply.Method:The patients were chose by the method of randomness and control. There were three indexes:the level of amintransferase,humoral immunity and length of hospitalization. And these data were processed with the method of statistics.Results:There was a difference of the level of amintransferase and humoral immunity between these two groups at the third or fourth week after treatment and an influence on length of hospitalization.Conclusion:The therapy of eliminating dampness and heat has an obvious effect on treating chronic Hepatitis B,especially on reducing humoral immune reaction and the activity of hepatitis.
