中药单体原儿茶醛对瘀血证患者单核细胞趋化游走能力的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨瘀血证的本质,研究活血化瘀药物的作用机制.方法:采用两种体外白细胞趋化游走实验(48孔微小趋化室和Transwell共同培养体系),观察瘀血证患者和健康人外周血单核细胞趋化游走能力及原儿茶醛(37℃40µg/mL15分钟)对其影响.结果:瘀血证患者外周血单核细胞趋化游走能力较健康人非常显着增强,P<0.01.原儿茶醛能显着降低瘀血证(P<0.01)及健康人(P<0.05)外周血单核细胞趋化游走能力.结论:瘀血证患者单核细胞趋化游走能力增强,原儿茶醛能降低瘀血证患者的单核细胞趋化游走能力.

Abstract:

Objective:To study the essence of blood stasis symptom and the mechanism of herbs used to activate blood flow and remove blood stasis.Methods:Two kinds of experiments were taken on chemctaxis wandering ability of white blood cells in vitro (48 holes minor chemotaxis room (AC-48) and Transwell Corning Costar).We observed the chemotaxis wandering ability of peripheral monocyte of patients with blood stasis symptom and healthy people,and the influence of protocatechualdehyele on it(37℃,40µg/ml,15minutes).Results:The chemotaxis wandering ability of peripheral monocyte of patients with blood stasis symptom was greatly improved,compared with that of healthy people.P<0.01.Protocatechual dehyde can reduce the chemotaxis wandering ability of monocyte of patients with booel stasis symptom(P<0.01)and healthy people(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chemotaxis wandering ability of patient with blood stasis symptom is improved,and can be reduced by protocatechualdehyde.
