| 丹参/三七不同配比药效学比较研究——对急性实验性心肌缺血犬心肌生化标志物的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的: 观察丹参/三七的7种配比对心肌生化标志物的影响。方法: 采用经典模型---冠脉前降支结扎法,经十二指肠给药,测量实验起止点的心肌钙蛋白(cTnI)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK -MB).结果: 两种生化标志物反映的结果并不一致,7种配比中10/0、10/1、10/3、10/6、10/10均能使cTnI降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);10/0、10/1、10/3、10/6、1/10、0/10可使CK -MB降低(P<0.05).结论: 丹参对心血管的直接作用要优于三七。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To observe the effect of 7 different proportions of Danshen Root and Sanqi on myocardial biochemical indiced in dogs with AMI.Methods: AMI model was produced in dog by coronary artery ligation. CTnI and CK-MB concentrations were measured after duodenal administration of drugs. Results: cTnI could be reduced at the proportion of 10/0,10/1,10/3, 10/6,10/10(P<0.05,P<0.01), while CK-MB lowered at the proportion of 10/0,10/1,10/3,10/6.1/10,0/10(P<0.05). Conclusion: The direct effect of Danshen Root on cardiovascular function was better than Sanqi. |
