目的:探讨复方黄芪丹参颗粒剂对冠心病心绞痛临床和药效学影响。方法:将246例心绞痛患者按2:1比例,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别服用复方黄芪丹参颗粒剂和复方丹参片,4周为1个疗程,评定心电图、心绞痛疗效及硝酸甘油停减率。选Wistar雄性大鼠27只,随机分为对照组、复方黄芪丹参三七浸膏粉200mg/kg组及400mg/kg组,在行冠状动脉结扎术前1h灌胃给药,观察心电图ST段抬高幅度及心肌梗死面积。结果:复方黄芪丹参颗粒剂在临床显效率,心绞痛次数,持续时间及心电图改善方面优于对照组,有显着差异 (0.05或P<0.01);灌胃复方黄芪丹参三七浸膏大鼠,急性心肌梗死时,各时间点ST段mV值均低于对照组,心肌梗死面积较对照组小,有显着差异 (P<0.05或P<0.01),且以400mg/kg组效果更为明显。结论:复方黄芪丹参颗粒剂有保护心肌梗死所致心肌损伤的作用,能够明显改善心绞痛症状,对于气虚血瘀所致心绞痛疗效显着。 |

Objective: To study the clinical and pharmacodynamic influence of Compound Huangqi Danshen Granule (CHDG) on angina pectoris. Methods: 246 cases were divided into two groups: control group (n=82) and treatment group (n=164) randomly taking Compound Danshen Tablet (CDT) and CHDG separately. Each course had 4 weeks. The improvement of the ECG and symptoms and the reducing need of the tablets served as evaluated indices. In experiments, 27 male wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, CHDG at 200 mg/kg group and CHDG at 400mg/kg group. Medicines were administrated an hour coronary artery ligation. The elevation of ST-segment and the area of myocardial infarction were observed. Results: The clinical effective rate, incidence and duration of angina and ECG change were superior in treatment group to those in control group. There was a significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01). The mV value of ST-segment at different time points in treatment group were lower than in control group, and the area of myocardial infarction was less too (P<0.05, P<0.01).CHDG at 400 mg/kg group had a more obvious effect than theother treatment group. Conclusion: CHDG has a protective effect against injury of myocardial muscles due to myocardial infarction and notably improves the symptoms of angina pectoris, resulted from qi deficiency and blood stasis. |
