安心律胶囊控制小儿迁延性心肌炎期前收缩的临床研究

摘要:

目的:验证中药复方制剂安心律胶囊控制期前收缩的效果,丰富小儿迁延性心肌炎的治疗方案内容。方法:以小儿迁延性心肌炎并见期前收缩持续不愈者为试验对象,采用1:1随机分组、平行对照的方法进行研究,试验应用迁延性心肌炎治疗方案加安心律胶囊,对照组单用迁延性心肌炎治疗方案,评价其控制期前收缩疗效,观察有无不良反应发生。结果:加用安心律胶囊的试验组经治6～12个月后,对期前收缩的治愈率为51.61%,总有效率为90.32%,明显高于未加用安心律胶囊的对照组 (P<0.05);试验组对迁延性心肌炎的总有效率达96.77%,较对照组有一定程度的提高。结论:安心律胶囊具有一定的控制期前收缩效果,运用该药治疗合并呈现期前收缩的小儿迁延性心肌炎患者,可相应提高临床疗效。

Abstract:

Objective: To test and verify the effect of Anxinlü Capsule, a compound preparation of Chinese materia medica, on controlling premature beating and thereby to replenish its therapeutic scheme.Methods: Children with refractory persisting myocarditis and premature beating were enrolled in this clinical trial.They were studied with the fashion of random division (1:1) and parallel control.The therapeutic scheme for persisting myocarditis and Anxinlü Capsule were given in treatment group, whereas only the scheme in control group.The effects on controlling premature beating were evaluated and the occurrences of side effect were observed. Results: After 6 to 12 months, the curative rate of premature beating was 51.61% and the total effective rate 90.32% in the treatment group. They were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate for treating persisting myocarditis in treatment group (96.77%) was also higher than in control group. Conclusion: Anxinlü Capsule has a certain effect on controlling premature beating. The clinical effect of this capsule for treating children persisting myocarditis complicated with premature beating can be enhanced correspondingly.
