目的:观察理中汤对环磷酰胺遗传毒性的拮抗作用。方法:以小鼠骨髓细胞微核(MN)和姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)为指标进行实验,同时以小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)为指标,进行作用机理初探。结果:理中汤对环磷酰胺所致微核率及姐妹染色单体互换增高有明显的抑制作用,并能明显提高小鼠体内SOD活性。结论:理中汤对环磷酰胺产生的遗传毒性有明显的抑制作用。 |

Objective: To observe the resistance of Lizhong Decoction against genetic toxicity of CTX (Cyclophosphamide). Methods:Micronucleus (MN) and sister chromatic exchange (SCE) in mice bone marrow cells were used as indexes in this experiment. Simultaneously the mechanism was explored using mice serum SOD as index.Results: Lizhong Decoction could obviously inhibit the high MN rate and SCE due to CTX.Conclusion: Lizhong Decoction has obvious inhibiting effect on genetic toxicity caused by CTX. |
