| 目的:观察立春胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:口服立春胶囊。1个月为1疗程,共观察2个疗程。以改良Kupperman评分法评判治疗前后症状改变。结果:74例患者服用立春胶囊后,围绝经期综合征症状均有明显缓解。总积分服药前为(28.59±15.12)分,服药后30d为(11.03±12.31)分(下降61.4%);服药后60d为(5.42±8.94)分(下降81.1%).临床总有效率为100%.结论:立春胶囊对围绝经期综合征具有治疗作用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Lichun Capsule on treating perimenopausal syndrome.Methods: The capsule was administrated orally and a course of treatment was one month. Symptoms were observed before and two courses after treatment.Then the changes of symptoms were tested by modified Kupperman score.Results: Symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome in all 74 cases were remittend.The total score was 28.59±15.12 before treatment, and 11.03±12.31 30 days latter (decreased by 61.4%). It was 5.42±8.94 60 days after administration (decreased by 81.1%).The overall clinical effective rate on clinic was 100%.Conclusion: Lichun Capsule has therapeutic effect on perimenopausal syndrome. |
