| 摘要: |
| 目的: 观察板青合剂预防医院感染的疗效。方法: 将600例急性脑卒中老年住院患者随机分为板青治疗组、西药治疗组及对照组,板青治疗组以中药板蓝根、大青叶为主要成分。结果: 板青合剂预防院内感染总有效率达91%以上,与对照组及西药组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论: 板青合剂对预防医院感染有较好的临床效果。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of Banqing Heji [Mixture of Banlangen (Radix Isatidis)and Daqingye (Folium Isatidis)] to hospital infection. Methods: 600 hospitalized senile patients with acute cerebral apoplexy were divided into Banqing treatment group, western medicine group and control group.Results: The total effective rate of Banqing Heji on prevention of hospital infection was more than 91%, and there was an obvious difference in contrast with control group and western medicine group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion: Banqing Heji has a clinical effect on preventing hospital infection. |
