加味清胰汤对坏死性胰腺炎细菌移位抑制的实验研究

摘要:
目的: 观察中药加味清胰汤对实验性细菌移位的影响。方法: 选取Wistar大鼠56只,随机分成对照组、加味清胰汤组、泰能组、环丙沙星组4组。给药时间为造模前2h、造模后6、18h,各组动物分别于造模后12、24h处死,取门静脉血测定血内毒素、淀粉酶水平;取胰腺、脾、肠系膜淋巴结、肝、肺组织做细菌学检查;取末端回肠组织做病理学检查。结果: 加味清胰汤组细菌移位发生的时间延迟,并见各脏器细菌量及血中内毒素水平明显低于其他组。结论: 加味清胰汤可以明显减轻实验性急性坏死性胰腺炎肠粘膜的病理损害,对防治急性坏死性胰腺炎后细菌移位有重要作用。

Inhibitory Effect of Jiawei Qingyi Decoction on Bacterial Translocation of Rats with Acute Necrotizing Pancreatitis

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Jiawei Qingyi Decoction (JQD) on bacterial translocation in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP). Methods: 56 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups, each containing 14 rats: control group, JQD group, imipenem group, ciprofloxacin group. JQD or antibiotics were given 2 hours before and 6, 8 hours after ANP. Animals were sacrificed 12, 24 hours after onset of ANP and pancreas, spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes, liver, lung samples were collected for bacterial culture. The levels of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and amylase in blood were determined, and the histology of terminal cecum was examined.Results: The results indicated that the time of bacterial translocation in JQD group was delayed, the number of bacteria in each organs was significantly lower than those in other groups and the levels of LPS and amylase was also lower than other groups. Conclusion: JQD can alleviate the damage of intestinal mucosa and may be a promising approach in the prophylaxis and treatment of infection in ANP.
