摘要:

结合学习《中药现代化发展纲要》的有关论述,阐述了中药现代化的良好开局、面临的问题、基础研究的瓶颈,指出了现代中药基础研究要重视中药基础理论研究:构建现代中药理论体系,坚持中药药效化学成分和药理作用相结合研究,注重开展药效化学基础、配伍和作用原理研究,深入进行中药关键技术基础理论研究。

Abstract:

Facing a good beginning, met problem and limitation in basic research of Chinese materia medica modernization and after studying Program for Chinese Materia Medica Development, the author proposed that much attention must be paid to it. The basic theory of modern Chinese materia medica should be researched. Theoretic system of modern Chinese materia medica should be established. The integrated research of pharmacodynamics and pharmacology of Chinese materia medica should be kept. The research of chemical basis of pharmacodynamics, prescription and action mechanism should be carried out. The key technique of basic theory of Chinese materia medica also should be researched.
