金匮肾气丸治男性不育症临床观察

摘要:

[目的]探索男性不育症中药治疗效果。[方法]选择符合肾阳虚型、少、弱精症诊断标准的男性不育症患者38例,予以金匮肾气丸口服治疗。治疗前后作精液分析,并检测促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾丸酮(T)、泌乳素(PRL)和雌激素(E₂).[结果]38例患者显效29例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率92.1%.患者精子活率、精子活力、精子总数均明显提高。FSH、LH和T均有明显上升。[结论]金匮肾气丸能改善精子质量,有效治疗肾阳虚型男性不育症。

Abstract:

[Objective] To study the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbs on male infertility.[Methods] 38 male cases belonging to kidney yang deficiency with infertility were chosen according to the diagnostic standard of oligospermia. Jinkui Shengqi Wan (JSW) was taken orally. The seminal fluid was analyzed and FSH (follicle stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone), T (testosterone), PRL (prolactin) and E₂ (estradiol 2) were detected before and after treatment.[Results] The total effective rate was 92.1%. The mobile rate, mobility of sperm, and sperm count were all improved. The contents of FSH, LH and T were enhanced obviously.[Conclusion] JSW can improve the sperm quality and has a good effect on male infertility with kidney yang deficiency.
