摘要:

文章认为虚里不是心尖搏动处,而是胃之大络在体内的起点。胃之大络在体表的终点——-“左乳下”才是真正的心尖搏动处。结合《内经》原文从4个方面进行论述:虚有空虚不实之意;里有处所、部位之意。虚里即体内胃部空虚无穴的部位。胃之大络在体内的起点虚设为“虚里”.“左乳下”是胃之大络在体表的终点。原文中的两个“其”字,通常多认为是指“虚里”而言,而文章认为两个“其”字都是指“左乳下”而言。长期以来,人们误将“虚里”当作“胃之大络”的代名词。把“虚里”解释成“胃之大络”.文章认为“虚里”是“点”概念,而“胃之大络”是“线”的概念,“虚里”并不是“胃之大络”的代名词。

Abstract:

Xu Li"is the start point of the Great Stomach Collateral but not the location of cardiac apex beating."Zuo Ru Xia",the end of the Great Stomach Collateral with the meaning of under the left breast,is the exact location of cardiac apex beating.Four aspects support this viewpoint."Xu"means empty without excess and"Li"means location."Xu Li"refers to the site inside stomach without acupoint.The start point of the Great Stomach Collateral is"Xu Li"and its end on the body surface is the meaning of under the left breast"Zuo Ru Xia".In Canon of Internal Medicine there are 2 charac-ters"qi",which are generally considered as"Xu Li".But the author considers them as"Zuo Ru Xia".The misunder-standing of looking"Xu Li"as the Great Stomach Collateral has popularized for very long time.From the authors opinion,"Xu Li"is a concept of"dot"while the Great Stomach Collateral is idea of"thread".So"Xu Li"is not the pronoun of the Great Stomach Collateral.
