摘要:

文章就青年医生成才之道,指出培养更杰出的青年一代,应注重人文文化与科学精神的协调统一.首先要打好文化科学基础专业技术基础与必备的相关学科的知识;其次要重视人文文化的培养,提高人们的素质与思想境界,建立正确的世界观与价值取向,兼容东西方文化,活跃与完善思维能力,从人类文化中汲取有利于科学发展的力量;要学习实践与思考;努力实现医德医术与服务艺术的协调统一;在学科建设中发挥作用。

Abstract:

Coordination and unification of humanistic culture and scientific spirit should be emphasized for training young doctors to be excellent. First,they should lay a good foundation for culture science and special technology and study nece ssary knowledge of relevant subjects. Second, they should think much of humanistic culture, improve the quality and ideal state, build correct outlook on life and value, integrate the east and west culture, perfect thinking capacity and obtain the strength for the development of science. Third, the perfect harmony and unification of medical morality, medical technique and service should be realized by study, practice and thought. Fourth, it should take an important place in the course of the formation of subject.
