| 非典的病理因素主要为湿、热、毒、瘀4个方面。急性期以邪实为主,故治以清热、解毒、利湿、化瘀之法;恢复期以正虚为主,则治以益气、养阴、润肺、健脾之法。并提出中医预防“非典”,除了主张“避其邪气”(远离传染源),还非常强调增强人体正气的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Dampness, heat, toxin and blood stasis were the main pathological factors of SARS. Its therapeutics lied in clearing away heat, removing toxin, eliminating dampness and removing blood states at acute stage, characterized by pathogenic sthenia and tonifying qi and spleen, nourishing yin and lung at the recovery stage with Zhengqi deficiency. On prevention of SARS TCM put emphasises on avoiding source of infection and strengthening Zhengqi. |
