摘要:

[目的]观察通脉降脂胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。[方法]将全部患者分为两组,治疗组121例口服通脉降脂胶囊,治疗组56例常规治疗。[结果]通脉降脂胶囊能明显降低TC、TG、AI,升高HDL-C,改善临床症状。[结论]通脉降脂胶囊具有调整脂质代谢,降低血液粘滞度、抗动脉粥样硬化、改善临床症状的作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Tongmai Jiangzhi Capsule on hyperlipidemia.[Methods] All cases were divided into treatment group (n=121) and control group (n=56). Tongmai Jiangzhi Capsule was given to the patients in treatment group with 4 capsules once a day. While Zhibituo Paio, 3 capsule, and Alginic Sodium Diester, 2 tablets, were taken by the patients in control group orally three times a day. The changes of blood lipid, blood rheology and the scores of main clinical symptoms and side effect were observed.[Results] This capsule could decrease serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and atherogenic index (AI) (P<0.01), improve the indexes of blood rheology (P<0.01,0.05) and the clinical symptoms (P<0.05) and had no obvious difference between these two groups (P<0.05 or 0.01). The total cure rate in treatment group was 94.2% and is superior to that in control group (P<0.05) with no side-effect.[Conclusion] Tongmai Jiangzhi Capsule can treat hyperlipidemia by regulating the metabolism of blood lipid, lowering the blood viscosity, and ameliorating atherosclerosis and clinical symptoms. It is worth using and developing deeply.
