摘要:

[目的]观察不同方案治疗乳腺增生病患者的疗效及所产生的经济效果。[方法]乳腺增生病中的小叶增生患者418例,囊性增生患者410例,随机各分为4组,采用不同的治疗方案,考察其有效率及治愈率,并运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析进行评价。[结果]治疗小叶增生以乳腺I号丸组方案好于其他3组方案(P<0.05)。治疗囊性增生以乳块消加乳腺I号丸组方案好于其他3组(P<0.05)。[结论]治疗小叶增生以乳腺I号丸组方案为最佳方案;治疗囊性增生以乳块消加乳腺I号丸组方案为最佳方案。

Abstract:

[Objective] To analysis the effect and cost of hyperplasia of mammary glands treatmed by different project.[Methods] Fourhundred and eighteen cases with lobular hyperplasia and 410 cases with cystic hyperplasia were divided into 4 groups respectively and randomly.The effective rate and curative rate were observed and the cost-effect of drugs was analyzed.[Results] The project of Pill for Mammary Glands for treating lobular hyperplasia was superior to other three projects(P<0.05).The project of Pill I for Mammary gland plus Rukuaixiao for treating cystic hyperplasia was better than other three project(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The project of Pill I for Mammary Glands is the best one for lobular hyperplasia and plus Rukuaixiao is the best for cystic hyperplasia.
