中药的药代动力学研究在中药现代化中面临的任务

摘要:

对中国中药药代动力学研究的现状和成就作了简要回顾,讨论了中药药动学对阐明和揭示中草药作用机制及其科学内涵,设计及优选中草药给药方案,促进中药新药开发和剂型改进及质控,推动中医中药走向世界,并最终实现中药现代化的重要意义。中药药动学需要对中药吸收、分布、代谢和排泄(ADME)的动态变化作定量描述,涉及多方面理论和技术,是集中药药理学、中药化学、分析化学和数学于一体的边缘学科,这一学科需要上述多学科专家的共同合作与努力。中药药动学研究面临的挑战来自3个方面:基础理论与传统医学的相关性;研究方法的难度,研究目标物的微量性和质量的可控性;世界先进科学技术的应用,要求中国的中药药动学研究有较高水平面对外部世界的挑战。

Abstract:

In this article,brief review about the present state of pharmacokinetics research of traditional Chinese medicine has been made.It is important significance in exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and the scientific connotation,accelerating the improvement of new medicine and quality control increasing the speed of the traditional Chinese medicine to go of new medicine the world,and finally realizing the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine in China to is be discwssed.The pharmacokenetics of traditional Chinese medicine,including quantitatively describing the dynamic changes of absorption,distribution,metabolism,excretion of the traditional Chinese medition,with involving many theories and technologies,is a marginal subject which focuses on pharmacology,chemistry of traditional Chinese medicine,analytical chemistry mathematics in one entity,It needs mutual collaboration and efforts of different experts in multiple-subject.The challenge in pharmacokenetis research of traditional Chinese medicine mainly comes from three ways:1)the correlation between fundamental theory and traditional medicine; 2)the difficulty in research methods,the characteristic of minute amount research objects and the controllability of quality; 3)the application of advanced technology in the world requres a relatively higher standard in our parmacokineuts research the challenge coming from foreign countries.
