| 麦贞花治疗冠心病动脉粥样硬化的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的]探讨中药麦贞花颗粒治疗冠心病动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。[方法]将冠心病动脉粥样硬化患者48例,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组16例。治疗组采用麦贞花颗粒治疗,对照组采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。[结果]麦贞花对冠心病动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块的总阻止率达93.7%,减退率达46.9%,消除率达15.6%;患者颈动脉内中膜厚度明显减少。其疗效明显优于复方丹参滴丸对照组。[结论]麦贞花具有抗冠心病AS的良好作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the clincal effect of Mai-Zhen-Hua powder on coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy.[Methods] Forty-eight patients with coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy were divided into 2 groups:32 in treatment group(T-group) and 16 in control group(C-group).T-group were treated by Mai-Zhen-Hua powder and C-group by compound Dan-Shen pills.The treatment effect in both groups was compared.[Results] The total inhibitory rate of Mai-Zhen-Hua powder on the formation of atheromatous plaques was 93.7%,the decreasing ratio was 46.9%,and the eliminating rate was 15.6%.The arterial endomembrane thickness obviously decreased.The effect of T-group was better than that of C-group.[Conclusion] Mai-Zhen-Hua has good effect on coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy. |
