摘要:

补中益气汤出自李东垣的《脾胃论》,可用于因中虚气弱,清阳不升而致的各种证候。其在妇产科临床中的应用更具独到之处。综述其在月经病、妊娠病、产后病及杂病方面的临床应用,以期对临床研究有所裨益。

Abstract:

Stemming from Treatise on Splenogastric Diseases by Li Dongyuan, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction was used to treat various syndromes caused by insufficiency of splenogastric qi and unrising of lucid yang. The clinical application in obstetrics and gynecology had its unique aspects. In order to contribute to clinical investigation, clinical application in menstrual diseases,pregnant diseases,postpartum diseases and miscellaneous diseases was reviewed.
