利水通络方药治疗急性脑梗死120例临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察利水通络法在脑梗死急性期治疗中的临床疗效。[方法]选择符合中、西诊断标准的脑梗死急性期患者120例,随机分为治疗组90例和对照组各30例。治疗组运用利水通络口服液(由水蛭、泽兰、益母草、茯苓、泽泻、川芎、地龙、冰片、大黄等组成)加西医常规治疗,对照组单用西医常规治疗。治疗14d后采用中风病诊断与疗效评定标准观察治疗前后的临床疗效及神经功能缺损、血液流变学的变化情况。[结果]治疗后各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。[结论]利水通络方药用于脑梗死急性期的治疗能明显提高疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect on cerebral infarction of acute stages treated with promoting diuresis and smoothing collateral method. [Methods] One hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction, diagnosed by standard of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,90 cases in treatment group were given Lishuitongluo oral liquid (composed of shuizhi, zelan, yimucao, fuling, zexie, chuanxiong, dilong, binbian, dahuang etc,) combined with routine western medicine therapy, and 30 cases in control group were given routine western medicine therapy only.After 14 days treatment, clinical effect and changes of neurologic impairment, hemorheology were observed according to the "Evalution standard of diagnosis and therapeutic effect for stroke" before and after treatment. [Result] Obvious improvement of each index was observed in treatment group (P<0.01, P<0.05) and there was significant difference compared with control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). [Conclusion] Promoting diuresis and smoothing collateral prescription can enhance the clinical effect obviously in treating of acute cerebral infarction.
