[目的]观察电针对反流性食管炎(RE)模型大鼠血清胃动素水平的影响。[方法]用不全幽门结扎+食管下括约肌(LES)切开术制备酸性反流性食管炎大鼠模型48h后,取大鼠双侧内关和足三里,每次持续刺激10min,2次/d,治疗8d。[结果]RE模型大鼠在电针后、血浆胃动素水平均有所升高,电针治疗8d后与正常组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]电针足三里能够纠正消化道功能紊乱,并明显提高血浆胃动素水平,从而可促进LES功能的恢复,增加LES的压力,防止胃酸反流,促进疾病的恢复。 |

Effect of galvanopuncture on serum motilin level in rats with reflux esophagitis |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To observe the effect of galvanopuncture on serum motilin level in rats with reflux esophagitis. [Methods] Reflux esophagitis was produced by subtotal pylorus ligation and incision of lower esophagus sphincter (LES) in rats.Forty-eight hours later bilateral Neiguan and Zusanli were stimulated by galvanopuncture for 10 minutes, twice a day. Treatment for 8 days comprised a therapeutic course. [Results] The motilin levels increased in all rats after stimulation. No significant difference was observed with that in control after 8 day treatment (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Zusanli galvanopuncture can correct the functional disturbance of digestive tract, with significant increasing of serum motilin. That may accelerate the recovery of LES and raise the pressure of LES to prevent gastric reflux and precipitate the restoration of the illness. |
