消岩汤剂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

摘要:

[目的]观察消岩汤剂治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。[方法]将中医辨证为正气内虚、瘀毒并存的101例肺癌患者随机分为消岩汤剂组(A组)、消岩汤剂加化疗组(B组)及单纯化疗组(C组)进行对比观察。[结果]A组(33例)治疗后完全缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)、无变化(NC)0%、9%、70%,B组(37例)治疗后为27%、32.4%、56.0%,C组(31例)治疗后为0%、24%、33%。远端转移率为A组23%、B组为16%、C组为28%等。[结论]消岩汤剂在抑制肺癌生长、转移、提高患者生活质量及免疫功能,并且对化疗的减毒增效方面具有一定的作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyan decoction on non-small cell carcinoma of lung.[Methods] One hundred and one cases with internal vital qi deficiency combined with stagnant toxicosis diagnosed by syndrome differentiation in TCM were divided into group A (Xiaoyan decoction),group B (Xiaoyan decoction and chemotherapy),group C (chemotherapy only). Comparative observation was made.[Results] The total rate, including partial relief (PR) and No change (NC)was 79% in Group A(33 cases)after treatment,while in group B(37 cases)and group C(31 cases)were 81%,57%respectively. The distal metastasis rate in these three groups were 23%,16%,28% respectively.[Conclusion] Xiaoyan decoction has certain function in inhibiting growth and metastasis of lung carcinoma,enhancing daily life quality and immune function,and attenuation of side effects and strengthening the effect of chemotherapy.
