摘要:

痰对温病的病机演变及预后产生重要的影响,基于痰阻气滞的病机,其可助热化火,使湿浊难化,或与瘀血互结,并易引邪内陷,使温病病理加重或证候变得复杂。在治疗中应重视标本同治,且宣通气机是治痰的重要环节,针对痰热和痰湿,要正确使用清化痰热和燥湿化痰两大基本治法,并注意祛痰,切勿伤阴。治疗温病中辨痰治痰不容忽视。

Abstract:

Sputum has very important influence on the pathogenetic change and prognosis of seasonal fibrile disease.Based on the pathogenesis of sputum blockage and QI stagnancy,it will aid in the change of heat into fire,making resolution of damp and turbid difficult,or combining with blood stasis and leading evil to inner settlement,and then aggravate the pathologic change of seasonal fibrile disease.For the treatment attention should be paid to simultaneous treatment of principal and subordinate symptoms.Catharsis of activities of Qi is an important therapy for sputum.According to sputum heat and damp,two basic remedies of eliminating sputum heat and drying sputum damp should be accurately used.Impairment of Yin should be avoided during despeling sputum.To distinguish sputum and manage sputum is not negligible.
