救心胶囊对损伤内皮细胞黏附因子表达的影响

摘要:
[目的]观察救心胶囊通过抑制损伤内皮细胞黏附因子的表达,保护内皮细胞功能。[方法]通过建立缺氧及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)损伤内皮细胞模型,并以两种不同的给药方式:无菌中药提取液和载药血清,运用免疫细胞化学的方法检测黏附分子的表达。[结果]内皮细胞损伤后黏附分子表达明显增加,救心胶囊显著降低其表达。[结论]救心胶囊保护内皮细胞,使其免受炎症介质损伤,从而延缓冠心病(CHD)的发生发展。

Influence of Jiuxin capsule on expression of adhesion molecule in injured endothelial cell

Abstract:
[Objective] To observe the protective function of Jiuxin capsule on endothelial cell by inhibiting the expression of adhesion molecule in injured endothelial cell.[Methods] Injured endothelial cell model was established by hypoxia and giving low density lipoprotein(LDL). The effect of two kinds of different solutions:sterilized extract fluids of Chinese herbs and drug-carried serum were administered. The expression of adhesion molecule was determined by immunocytochemistry.[Results] Obviously increased expression of adhesion molecule was observed after injury of endothelial cell,Jiuxin capsule decreased its expression significantly.[Conclusion] Jiuxin capsule has a good protective action against endothelial cell injury.It can produce a delay in occurrence and development of coronary heart diseases by preventing endothelial cell injury induced by inflammatory mediators.
