| [目的]确定调肝导浊方的干燥工艺。[方法]在不同温度下干燥不同时间,以HPLC法测定调肝导浊方中二苯乙烯苷的含量。[结果]二苯乙烯苷对热较稳定,但随着加热温度升高时间延长有下降趋势。[结论]调肝导浊方以75~80℃干燥较为合适。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish the technology of Tiaogan Daozhuo Decoction extract.[Methods] At a different temperature, in a different time,the bibenzenethyleneglycoside’s content of Tiaogan Daozhuo Decoction was measure by HPLC.[Results] Bibenzenethyleneglycoside was stable to heat.As the temperature increases and the time prolonged,it tended to decrease.[Conclusion] Dry process at the 75~80 centigrade is suitable. |
