摘要:

中医学是中华文化的瑰宝,从历史经验看,中医学的发展有自身的发展规律,即以中医的系统理论为主线,以临床实践为依据,在朴素的辩证法指导下,以宏观研究为特色。21世纪,中医药学腾飞在即,这就要求为中医药架设一条发展的高速公路。所采取的战略与策略有:1)与临床相结合,2)基础研究使中医学飞跃发展,3)解放思想,走自己的路,4)以科学的哲学为指导思想,5)加强重点研究项目,如:对中医学术的系统整理、对核心理论的深入研究、对辨证论治的研究、对中药的研究和养生保健理论的研究、对中药的研究和养生保健理论的研究。

Abstract:

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a treasure of Chinese culture.Looking from the history experience,the devel-opment of TCM has the rule of its own,namely regarding the clinical practice of systemic theory of TCM as gist,being instructed with plain dialectical law,being characterized by macroscopic research.In 21 century,the jumping development of TCM will be soon established.It is necessary to build the speedway for the development of TCM.The adopted tactic and policy are as follows;1)combination with clinic,2)the basic research makes TCM developing by leaps and bound,3)liber-ating thoughts and finding our own way,4)looking on the scientific philosophy as instructing thoughts,5)strengthening essential research items,such as systemic coordination of TCM learned,researching core theory deeply,research of therapy with syndrome differentiation,research of Chinese herbs and theory of preserve one’s health and health care.
