中医证候动物模型研究现状的思考

摘要:

通过对中医证候动物模型研究现状及特点的剖析,指出中医证候动物模型研究应值得注意的问题:1)造模时须精心选择动物,2)优化造模因素,尽可能选用多因素造模,3)建立不同证候动物模型的诊断标准,4)进一步深化病证结合模型研究,5)动物模型的研究急需规范化。

Abstract:

Through analysis of current situation of research and character of animal model with different Chinese medical symptoms it was found that the noticeable problem of animal model research with Chinese medical symptoms was as fol-lows;1)choosing animal carefully during reproduce model,2)optimizing the factor of making model and trying hard to se-lect multiple factors,3)establishing diagnostic standard of animal model with different symptoms,4)deepening the research of combining disease with syndrome further,5)standardization of animal model research should be carried out immediately.
