中西医结合治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病120例临床观察

摘要:

[目的]总结中西医结合治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病及其对血液流变学的影响。[方法]采用传统西药达美康、格华止治疗92例为对照组,在西药对照组治疗的基础上采用活血降糖胶囊配合补肾壮骨胶囊治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病患者120例为治疗组,对两组疗效及其对血液流变学指标的影响进行对比。[结果]治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为78.26%,治疗组疗效优于对照组;对临床血液流变学指标的改善情况,治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]益气养阴、活血补肾法比传统西医治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病效果显著,并可明显改善糖尿病患者的血液高黏稠状态。可有效地防治糖尿病微血管并发症。

Abstract:

[Objective]To summarize the therapeutic effect in diabetes mellitusⅡand the influence on blood rheology by integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine.[Methods]Ninety-two cases in control group were treated by western medicine diamicron,metformin,120 cases in therapy group of diabetes mellitusⅡwere treated with activating blood and decreasing sugar capsule,cooperated with reinforcing kidney and strengthening bone capsule,The curative effect of the two groups and the influence on blood rheoology were observed.[Result]The total effective rate of therapy group was 90%,whilein control group,it was 78.26%,The effect in treatment group was superior than control group, The improving of clinical blood rheology int reatment group obviously excelled co nt rol group.[Conclusion]The effect of Benefiting Qi, nourishingY in and activating blood therapy is more pronounced than traditional western medicine therapy in diabetes mellitus I tcanimpr ovehigh viscidity state of blood in patients with diabetes mellitusand thereby prevent and curet he complicationof microvessels in diabetes mellitus. .
