摘要:

“黄汗”为一病名,出自《金匮要略》。其临床表现复杂多样,因此关于“黄汗”曾有多种解释。其中一些难解之处,许多注家认为是错简或衍文。几乎所有现在的研究,都是围绕传统医籍展开,而忽视了当时的历史环境。本文提出《金匮要略》书中描述“黄汗”的症状与现代医学中铅、汞、砷等物质的中毒表现十分相似,而且在东汉末年服丹石养身之风已兴起,而在这种药物处方中可能含有铅、汞、砷等物质。

Abstract:

As a kind of disease,“yellow sweat disease”was first reported in Synopsis of Prescriptions from the Golden Chamber.The clinical manifestation of“Yellow sweat disease”is complex.A variety of explanations of“yellow sweat dis-ease”has been described because of the diversity of its symptoms.About those curious points,some of exegetes claimed that it may be disorder and redundancy due to misprinting or miscopying.Now,almost all the researches were carried out around classic medical books and hardly dealt with it in a historical context at that time.A new opinion is put forward from the viewpoint of both modern medicine and social history of medicine in this paper.The manifestation of“yellow sweat disease”described in Synopsis of Prescriptions from the Golden Chamber is quite similar to the symptoms of toxicosis of Lead,mercury and arsenic.At the same time,a collateral evidence from a historical fact is that the trend of medication of“take pills or stone powder of immortality to nourish the body”appeared in the end of east-han dynasty and lead,mercury and arsenic may be contained within these recipes.The author suggests that the cause of“yellow sweat disease”is toxicosis of lead,mercury and arsenic.
