摘要:

《医宗金鉴》是清代编写的医学丛书,被后世奉为圭臬。其中《外科心法要诀》篇包括现代医学外科、皮肤科、肛肠、五官、肿瘤等疾病内、外治的内容,较多地使用有毒药物,并对其剂型、种类、使用范围等方面,在前人的基础上进行总结和创新,对目前临床仍有一定的参考价值和意义。结合临床经验,阐述毒药用法,阐述心得,启发后学。

Abstract:

Golden Mirror Of Medcine,a medical collection compiled in Qing dynasty is taken respectfully as forefather by descendants.Among it,the surgical mental cultivation methods,including internal or external treating contents of modern surgery,dermatology,anus and intestine,five senses,tumor and so on,have used more poisonous drugs.Based based on the predecessors,it summarized and brought some new ideas on sides of poisonous drugs’dosage forms,species,indications etc.The book has certain referred values and significances for clinic recently.Combining together with the clinical experiences,the usages of the poisonous drugs and gains from learning were described to enlighten subsequent scholars.
