“调中法”治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床研究

摘要:

[目的]观察“调中法”治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。[方法]选择发病后16～30d的周围性面神经麻痹患者124例,分为治疗组72例和对照组52例。治疗组选用印堂、人中、承浆为主穴,配以太阳透地仓、攒竹、阳白、四白、颧髎下关、迎香、风池、合谷等穴位进行针刺治疗。对照组单用太阳透地仓、攒竹、阳白、四白、颧髎下关、迎香、风池、合谷等穴位治疗。采用肌电诱发电位仪观察治疗前后的临床疗效及运动单位电位数量等的变化情况。[结果]治疗后治疗组各项指标明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),与运动组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]“调中法”用于周围性面神经麻痹的治疗能明显提高疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of“Tiaozhong”method on peripheral facial paralysis.[Methods] One hundred and twenty-four cases of patients16～30days after onset of the disease were randomly divided into treatment group(72cases)and control group(52cases).In treatment group,Yintang,Renzhong,Chengjiang were selected as the main points,combined with Taiyang penetrating to Dicang,Zuanzhu,Yangbai,Sibai,Quanliao,Xiaguan,Yinxiang,Fengchi,Hegu etc.In control group,Taiyang penetrating to Hegu were selected only.Clinical effect and amount of electric potential in motor unit detected by muscle electricity evlked potentiometer were observed before and after treatment.[Result] Every indexes were improved obviously after treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05),and there was significant fefference compared to control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] “Tiaozhong”method can enhance clinical effect in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
