摘要:

[目的]建立清痹片的质量控制标准。[方法]对处方中的全蝎进行显微鉴别;采用石油醚 (60～90℃) -乙酸乙酯 (1:1)为展开剂,以靛蓝、靛玉红为对照品,对处方中的青黛进行薄层鉴别。[结果]显微镜下观察到全蝎中刚毛和横纹肌纤维的显微特征;薄层色谱鉴别中,供试品 (清痹片)色谱与对照品色谱显相同颜色的斑点。[结论]该方法简单易行,重现性好,可以做为清痹片的质量控制标准。

Abstract:

[Objective] To establish the quality control standard of Qingbi Tablet.[Method] A microscopical identification of scorpio in prescripition was carried out.The thin layer chromatographic assay of natural indigo in prescripition was performed using petroleum ether(60～90℃)-ethyl acetate(1:1)as solvent front and indigotin,indirubin as control sample.[Result] The microscopical characters of seta and striated muscle fibre in the scorpion were observed.The same color petechical was visualized in the test sample(Qingbi Tablet)and the control one.[Conclusion] The method can be used for quality control of Qingbi tablet with easily operation and good repeatability
