数字人研究显示中医针灸治疗的解剖学基础,与分布于全身的筋膜结缔组织有关,其中富含感觉神经末梢和毛细淋巴的部位为治疗有效作用点。从生物种系发生和个体发育的角度讨论筋膜的进化和发生,认为生物从多细胞生物逐渐进化到高等动物的过程中,生物的机体内部始终存在一个监测机体内环境改变和通过调节维持机体内环境稳定的功能系统——自体监控系统。在胚胎发育过程中,这一系统的形成表现为从间充质到中胚层再到筋膜的演变。结合前人对针灸机制的研究结果,提出了机械刺激通过神经反射调节、神经内分泌调节和自身免疫调节治疗各类疾病的理论基础。 |

The investigation in digital human revealed that the basis of acupuncture treatment in TCM was correlated with connective tissue of fascia distributed in the whole body.Amongst the most effective of these are positions abundant in sensory nerve ending and capillary lymphatic vessels.The evolution and genesis of fascia discussed from the point of view of phylogenesis and ontogeny considered that a surveillance system of the changes of internal environment and a functional system for modulating homeostasis were existed all along in the organisms in the course of phylogenesis from multi-cellular organism to high-class animal.That was auto-modulating system.In embryogenesis this system characterized by growing into fascia from interstitial tissue and mesoderm.According to the acupuncture mechanism described in the past it was suggested that the basis of mechanical stimulation in the treatment of various diseases was rested on the regulation through nerve,neuroendocrine and autoimmunity. |
