[目的]观察西洋参叶总皂苷对四氧嘧啶性高血糖大鼠血糖及血清胰岛素水平的影响。[方法]将造模成功大鼠随机分为西洋参叶总皂苷大、中、小剂量治疗组、达美康组及模型组,另设正常对照组。血糖测定采用葡萄糖氧化酶法,血清胰岛素水平采用放免法。[结果]西洋参叶总皂苷大、中、小剂量组及达美康组均可提高血清胰岛素水平,其提高百分率分别为29%、28%、22%和60%。[结论]西洋参叶总皂苷能降低高血糖大鼠血糖,且能提高血清胰岛素水平。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] the effect of total saponins in the leaf of Radix panacis Quinquefolli on blood sugar and serum insulin in rats with alloxan(tetraoxypyridine)-induced hyperglycemia. [Methods] Rats with hyperglycemia were di-vided randomly into treatment group with high,middle,low dosage of total saponins,Gliclazide group and blank control group.Blood sugar concentration was determined with glucose-oxidase and serum insulin with radioimmunoassay. [Results] The high,middle lower dosage of total saponins and gliclazide could increase the level of serum insulin with per-centage of 29%,28%,22% and 16% respectively. [Conclusion] Total saponins in the leaf of radix panacis Quinquefolli can decrease blood sugar in rats with hyperglycemia and increase serum insulin as well. |
