摘要:

通过文献探讨脾胃病证的生理病理变化、症状表现及治疗的异同,结合临床实际详细论述了脾胃病证的上、中、下三焦治法和具有代表性的方剂,阐明在脾胃病治疗过程中,必须三焦辨证,开拓了脾胃病证治的思路,加强了临证脾胃与其他脏腑之间的联系。

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to explore the physiological and pathological changes, symptoms and the different treatments of spleen and stomach diseases. It is clarified that during the course of treatment,the use of the syndrome differentiations of triple energizer must be noticed. The treatment of the spleen and stomach diseases based on the upper, middle or lower energizer and using some typical prescriptions combined with the clinic is discussed. It has extended the idea of the treatments and strengthened the correlations between spleen, stomach and other viscera. At the same time, the essence of the disease is elucidated. The importance and certainty of the syndrome differentiation under the guidance of the concept of taking the organism as a whole are emphasized upon in order to obtain better clinical outcomes.
