补中益气汤在内科的临床应用

摘要:

补中益气汤由黄芪、灸甘草、人参、白术、当归、升麻、柴胡组成,源于李东垣之《脾胃论》。李东垣通过对补中益气汤化裁加减,将其广泛地应用于临床思想。综述补中益气汤在内科胃下垂、慢性肝炎、血尿、高血压、喘息性支气管炎、神经性耳鸣及美尼尔氏综合征的临床应用。

Abstract:

Buzhongyiqi (Strenthening middle burner and reinforcing Qi) decoction is composed of Radix Astragali,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Radix Ginseng,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Cimicifugae,Radix Bupleuri and originated from Spleen and Stomach Treatise written by L Dongyuan. The decoction has been simplified with some adding and cutting down by Dr LI Dongyuan and extensively applied in clinic in diseases resulted from fatigue and internal injury,qi deficiency of both spleen and stomach,deficiency of middle qi or collapse of lucid Yang itc. It has fully embodied the idea of treating different diseases with the same treatment principle. This article has summarized the clinical application of Buzhongyiqi decoction in gastroptosis,chronic hepatitis,hematuria,hypertension,asthmatic bronchitis,nervous tinnitus,Meniere’s syndrome and leucopenia.
