摘要:

合方是在中医辨证论治思想指导下方剂组合应用的方法,是方剂加减变化的一种特殊形式.合方的应用以病机病证的变化为依据,当病机病证表现单纯时,单一方剂即可满足临床病情的需要,当病机病证比较复杂,有两个或两个以上的主症存在时,合方之应用就突出了其功效上的优势,灵活地适应了临床病情的变化.因此合方运用在整理前人经验,提高临床疗效,乃至中医方药规范化等方面都是值得重视的问题之一。

Abstract:

Combined prescription is a method to combine several prescriptions guided by the idea of therapy with syndrome differentiation. It is a special form of prescription modification. The application of combined prescription was based on the changes of disorders and pathogenesis. When they are pure, single prescription is enough; when complex and there are two or more cardinal symptoms application of combined prescription will reveal their advantage in response to the changes of clinical condition. Therefore, combined prescription is of some value to note to clear up the experiences of the elders, to enhance clinical effect and even in the conformity of prescription of TCM etc.
