| [目的]探讨厚朴的提取工艺。[方法]利用正交设计法安排试验,以厚朴酚及厚朴酚的含量和收膏率为指标,考察提取工艺。[结果]最佳的工艺条件为8倍量70%乙醇,提取两次,1h/次。[结论]本研究利用最佳工艺能充分有效的提取厚朴药材中的有效成分。 |

| [Objective] To explore the technology in extraction of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis. [Methods] Experiment was designed by orthogonal design, taking the content of Magnolol and honokiol and recovery rate of dry ointment as the observing indexes to investigate the extraction process. [Result] The optimal decocting condition was as follow：adding 8 fold amount of 70% alcohol and extracting twice for one hour each time. [Conclusion] The optimal technique used in our investigation can thoroughly extract the effective components from Cortex Magnoliae Officnalis. |
