针刺中冲对急性缺氧小白鼠能量代谢的影响

摘要:
[目的]观察针刺中冲能否改善急性缺氧小鼠的能量代谢。[方法]将36只小白鼠平均分成中冲、缺氧对照、空白对照3组,以Na+-K+-ATPase和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性为指标,观察针刺中冲对急性缺氧20min小白鼠大脑皮层、心肌能量代谢影响的差异。[结果]中冲组大脑皮层、心肌Na+-K+-ATPase、LDH活性与缺氧对照组比较均有显著性升高(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺中冲能改善急性缺氧小白鼠的能量代谢,与针刺提高大脑皮层、心肌Na+-K+ATPase、LDH活性有关。

Effect of Zhongchong Acupuncture on Energy Metabolism in Mice with Acute Hypoxia

Abstract:
[Objective] To observe the improving effect of acupuncture zhongchong on the metabolism of energy in mice with acute hypoxia. [Methods] Thirty-six mice were divided into 3 groups equally zhongchong group acute hypoxia control group blank control group. The effect in each group was observed with the index of Na+-K+-ATPase and LDH of the brain and the heart as the parameter. [Results] The Na+-K+-ATPase and LDH in zhongchong group enhanced obviously when compared with those in acute hypoxia control. [Conclusion] Zhongchong acupuncture can improve metabolism of energy in mice with acute hypoxia. Their mechanism may be related to the enhancing level of Na+-K+-ATPase and LDH of the brain and heart.
