从《秦伯未医文集》看其辨证思维

摘要:

通过对《秦伯未医文集》的研读,从3方面总结了秦伯未的辨证思维方法:1)重视整体,以八纲、气血津液为本,2)重视病因,创立十四纲要辨证,3)脏腑辨证散见,未成体系。

Abstract:

After studying the Medical Thesis Collection of QIN Bo-wei carefully,his dialectical thinking in the syndrome differentiation was summarized as follows 1)Put emphasis on whole body taking eight principles qi blood and body fluid as the foundation. 2)Pay attention on the pathogenic factor,creating syndrome differentiation of diseases of the viscera according to fourteen compendiums. 3)Syndrome differentiation of diseases of the viscera is rarely noted and hasn’t become a systematic method.
