摘要:

四逆汤属于温里回阳重剂,主要用于治疗阳虚内寒的吐泻,大汗,四肢厥冷,身体疼痛,乏力嗜卧等症,其临床疗效显著,但鉴于附子的毒性,一些医家弃置不用,以至错过一些大证、重证、适应症治疗时机,令人扼腕,笔者结合临床经验,简要介绍了四逆汤的主治病机,审证要点,用法用量以及应用四逆汤的体会,旨在使经典方剂于临床得到广泛应用。

Abstract:

SiNi decoction is a weighty decoction in warming the middle-jiao and recovering yang.It was mainly used in treating vomiting diarrhea profuse sweating cole limbs body pain lassitude with the inclination to stay in bed etc due to yang deficiency and internal cold.Its clinical effect was remarkable.But because of the toxicity of Fuzi Radix Aconifi Praeparate some doctors discarded it and therefore missed some treatment occasion for serious indication.Combined with clinical experiences this article introduced the indication pathogenesis differentiation point dosage and administration method and application experience of SiNi decoction in order to make it used extensively in clinic.
