摘要:

以《金匮要略》痰饮的理论及治疗原则为依据,从痰饮产生的病因病机、痰饮致病的特点和痰饮的治法等三方面对痰饮病进行探讨,痰饮的产生主要由于肺脾肾三脏功能失调;其致病具有阳虚阴盛、证候繁杂、易兼夹其他病邪的特点。痰饮病的治疗应遵循“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”治疗原则,详审病机,分辨饮停部位,抓住痰饮病阳虚阴盛,本虚标实这一特点,结合病人的具体情况,根据病势之轻重缓急,灵活运用。

Abstract:

On the basis of the theory and therapeutic principle in Synopsis of Pre scriptions of the Golden Chamber for treating retention of phlegm and fluid,the author in this article has discussed the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis,pat hogenic characteristics and therapeutic method. Retention of phlegm and fluid is mostly caused by dysfunction of the lung,spleen and kidney and with characte ristics of yang deficiency and yin excess,complicated syndromes and usually acco mpanied with other evils. In the treatment of the disease,generally speaking,one must follow the principle that "drugs with warmingeffect should be applied to treat the retention of phlegm and fluid". When treatment is undertaken, however,based on the urgency and severity of the tendency of disease,combined with the substantial condition appropriate measures should be adopted to understand the pat hogenesis in detail,distinguish the location of stagnation in different parts of the body,grasp the characteristic of yang deficiency and yin excess or asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality.
