肺气虚证模型大鼠支气管灌洗液TNF-α和LTB4测定的意义

摘要:

[目的]测定肺气虚证模型大鼠支气管灌洗液肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白三烯(LTB₄)的水平,探讨TNF-α、LTB₄在肺气虚证发病中的意义。[方法]采用慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型大鼠的造模方法建立肺气虚证大鼠模型,经鼻腔注入肺炎克雷伯杆菌反复感染造模,实验分为对照组和模型组。采用酶联吸附试验(ELISA)方法,测定两组大鼠支气管灌洗液TNF-α、LTB₄水平。[结果]模型组支气管灌洗液TNF-α、LTB₄水平较正常组显著升高。[结论]TNF-α、LTB₄可能参与了肺气虚证慢性气道炎症的改变,在肺气虚的发病机制中可能有重要意义。

Abstract:

[Objective] To detect the levels of TNFα and LTB₄ in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of rat with Qi deficiency of lung,and to explore the probable role in The pathogenesis of TNF-α and LTB₄. [Methods] Rat with Qi deficiency of lung was induced by repeat intranasal infecting of klebsiella pneumoniae twice a week. Levels of TNF-α and LTB₄ in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of two groups were measured by ELISA. [Results] Levels of TNF-α, LTB₄ in the model group were significantly higher than that in normal group. [Conclusion] TNF-α,LTB₄ may involve in the chronic inflammation changes in respiratory tract in qi deficiency of lung and may contribute to the pathogenesis of qi deficiency of lung.
