[目的]从能量代谢角度探讨脑梗死对心脏的影响及针刺的干预效应。[方法]以一侧大脑中动脉阻断大鼠(MCAo)为脑梗死实验模型,采用放免分析法检测、4个时相大鼠脑心组织及血液中三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、一磷酸腺苷(AMP)含量并计算能荷水平。[结果]针刺组与模型组比较,大鼠心脑组织及血液中ATP、ADP、能荷显著上升,AMP显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),接近正常组。[结论]脑梗死发生后不仅脑组织能量代谢障碍,而且心肌组织能量代谢也明显障碍,针刺对脑梗死导致的脑心组织及血液能量代谢障碍具有明显的改善作用。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To discuss the influence of cerebral infarction on heart and the intervention effect of acupuncture from angle of energy metabolism. [Methods] MCAO(unilateral middle cerebral artery obstruction)in rats was establis hed. Radioimmunoassay was applied to detect the content of ATP, ADP, AMP and to calculate energy charge in brain, heart and blood of rats and 4 phases. [Results] Compared with model group, ATP, ADP and energy charge in heart, brain and blood of rats in acupuncture group remarkably rose, while AMP obviously declined( P<0.05 or P<0.01), approaching to that of normal group. [Conclusion] Energy metabolism disturbance occurs not only in brain, but also in cardiac muscle after cerebral infarction. Acupuncture can obviously improve the energy metabolism disturbance in brain, heart and blood induced by cerebral infarction. |
