| [目的]测定烧伤Ⅱ号中的盐酸小檗碱的含量。[方法]RP-HPLC法,采用C18分析柱,0.02mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈(68:32)为流动相,检测波长为270nm。[结果]该法平均回收率为98.08%,RSD=1.97%(n=5)。[结论]本法快速、准确,样品处理简便易行,重现性好。 |

| [Objective] To determine the content of hydrochloric Berberine in burn Ⅱ medicine. [Methods] Reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography was applied with a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm), taking 0.02 mol/L phosphate buffer-acetonitrile(68:32)as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was at 270 nm. [Results] The mean recovery rate was 98.08% (RSD=1.97%, n=5). [Conclusion] The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate with reproducible results. |
