摘要:

根据脏腑相关理论,分析肝对心脏的生理病理影响,探讨阳微正虚是不稳定性心绞痛发病之本,结合流行病学、临床研究结果,论述温阳暖肝法治疗不稳定性心绞痛的可行性,为不稳定性心绞痛的辨证治疗提供理论依据的探讨。

Abstract:

To analyze the effect of the liver on the cardiac pathophysiology according to the theory of zang and fu and to discuss that the weakened yang Qi and deficiency of vital Qi interrelation was the basic pathogenic factor in the amphibolic angina pectoris.The feasibility of wenyangnuangan(warming yang and warming liver) in the therapy of the amphibolic angina pectoris was described combining the epidemiologic and clinical research findings.Some beneficial results in investigation on syndrome differentiation and separating treatment of TCM for amphibolic angina pectoris was provided.
