| 脑卒中后假性球麻痹致吞咽困难的针刺治疗 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的]研究针刺对治疗脑卒中后假性球麻痹所致的吞咽困难的效果。[方法]采取针刺加药物结合治疗组和单纯药物对照组,将病人随机分为治疗组60例,对照组30例,以吞咽功能的变化为主要观察指标,进行治疗前后疗效的观察与统计学处理。[结果]治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为46.67%,两组之间的差异有显著性意义(χ2=31.25,P<0.05);病程短、年龄小,则疗效高。[结论]针刺治疗卒中后吞咽困难有显著性疗效。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To study the treatment effect of acupuncture on dysphagia induced by pseudo-glbular paralysis after cerebral apoplexy.[Methods] Sixty patients were divided randomly into two groups:acupuncture and medicine treatment group and medicine only group. Taking the change of dysphagia as the main parameter the curative effect before and after treatment was observed and the statistical analysis was performed.[Result] The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.9% and that of control group was 46.6%. There was a obvious difference between treatment group and control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The acupuncture treatment has obvious curative effect on dysphagia after cerebral apoplexy. |
