摘要:

刘完素根据自己的临床经验,不仅对《黄帝内经》中的病证分别据证处方,使《黄帝内经》的理论与临床实践紧密结合起来;而且面对方书编撰的无限扩大,精心选择病证,对证处方,由博返约,俾后学易为学用。综观他在《黄帝素问宣明论方》为诸证所设各方,特别强调辨证施治,因病制宜,不独以善用寒凉闻名于世,亦不愧为温补大师。

Abstract:

LIU Wan-su prescribed in accordance with syndromes for diseases in the Internal Canon of Medicine of the Yellow Emperor according to his clinical experiences,which made the theory tightly integrated with the clinical practices. He carefully selected diseases and syndromes,prescribed according to syndromes and made the Canon from complicated to simple. He especially emphasized the therapy with syndrome differentiation and treating in accordance with the different diseases,he also established some proper therapeutic principles. He was good not only at using cold prescriptions but also famous in treating diseases with warming and recuperating medicine.
