救心胶囊对损伤内皮细胞黏附因子表达的影响

摘要:
[目的]研究救心胶囊对缺氧和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)血管内皮细胞(EC)损伤的保护作用。[方法]采用体外细胞培养技术,制造缺氧和LDL内皮损伤模型。采用免疫组化方法观察救心胶囊对血管内皮黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响。[结果]在缺氧或者LDL状态下,内皮细胞黏附分子(VCAM-1,ICAM-1)表达显著增加。救心胶囊可明显地抑制内皮细胞黏附因子的表达率。[结论]救心胶囊对缺氧和LDL造成的内皮细胞有保护作用。

Influence of Jiuxin Capsule on Expression of Adhesion Factors in Damaged Endothelial Cells

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the proective effect of Jiuxin capsule against hypoxia and blood endothelium injury by low density lipoprotein(LDL).[Methods] Hypoxia and blood endothelium injury were induced in cell culture in vitro. The influence of Jiuxin capsule on adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in blood endothelium was observed with immunohistochemistry.[Results] The expression of VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 was obviously increased in the hypoxia or LDL state. The Jiuxin capsule may obviously down-regulated this expression.[Conclusion] The Jiuxin capsule may protect the endothelium cell against injury induced by hypoxia and LDL.
