HPLC法测定小蓟中绿原酸的含量

摘要:
[目的]研究小蓟中绿原酸简便快速的含量测定方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,测定2种产地小蓟中绿原酸的含量。色谱条件:LichrospherC18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),柱温30℃,以甲醇-1%醋酸(15:85)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长327nm。[结果]绿原酸在0.00328~0.02952μg/μL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.12%,RSD=2.36%。[结论]经过系统的方法学考察,该方法具有简便、稳定、可重复的特点,可用于小蓟中绿原酸的含量测定。

Determination of Content of Chlorogenic Acid in cephalanopli herba by HPLC Method

Abstract:
[Object] To study conveniently and rapidly determination method of chlorogenic acid content in cephalanopli herba. Method To determine the chlorogenic acid content in three different metropolis of cephalanopli herba by using HPLC method. The chromatographic conditions were:Lichrospher C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),column temperature at 30 ℃,methanolacetic acid (15:85)as mobile phase of chlorogenic acid,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength at 327 nm.[Results] The liner range of chlorogenic acid was 0.003 28~0.029 52 μg/μL (r=0.999 7),the average recovery was 100.12% and RSD was 2.36.[Conclusion] The method was proved to be simplerapidand accurate and may be used to determine chlorogenic acid content in cephalanopli herba.
